JUNIOR HIGH SOFTBALL INFORMATION:

Who: For all 13 and 14 year old girls in the Mitchell School District intereseted in playing fastpitch softball this spring. This includes all current 7th and 8th graders as well as any 6th grader too old to play with the MCYL.

What: Junior High Fastpitch will represent Mitchell High School by playing teams from other schools all over the area. These are school based teams, not all-star or travel teams. Our home games will be played at the Mitchell High School field and we will also play games at other schools in the area.

When: Tryouts will be March 29th (1st day back from spring break.) Tryouts will be held at the MHS gymnasium. Games will begin around mid-April and end no later than the first week of June. The schedule will consist of no more than 15-20 games. Most scheduled dates are double headers (2 games.)

Cost: $30 - to go towards uniforms, equipment, umpire fees, and tournament entry.
